Join us for our annual out front Advantage Sales Training (OFAST). At OFAST, we believe that sales is not just about closing deals, but about forging lasting relationships with customers. Our sales program is designed to inspire and empower sales representatives to become even more exceptional at what they do. Through interactive training sessions, our program teaches the out front Advantage, a unique selling point of Walker Mowers that sets them apart from the competition. But our program is about more than just learning a sales technique - it's about cultivating a mindset of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity!
OFAST is a two-day interactive training program, at the Walker Factory, that offers a fully developed Walker-based curriculum, exclusive resources, and hands-on experience with the product. The program was designed to help sales representatives become the best they can be and ignite a new passion for selling Walker Mowers!

All sales representatives, including veterans, rookies, and OFAST alumni, are welcome and encouraged to attend OFAST. We work hard to ensure each participant finds this sales training experience a catalyst in their story with Walker Mowers.
OFAST takes place at Dodge City Park at Walker Manufacturing in Fort Collins, Colorado. The park has over 150 landscape features designed to challenge commercial riding mowers, including an obstacle course location, outdoor pavilion, berms, slopes, and trees. Walker Manufacturing provides an ideal setting for experiencing and learning the out front Advantage and what makes the Walker mower different for the right reasons.

A Note from Bob Walker
After having over 1000 sales representatives attend out front Advantage Sales Training in 10 years, we are excited to bring it back for 2025. And, we can report that sales training works! Attendees are going home and selling more Walker Mowers. This follows the principle that when you put a lot in, you get a lot out. Walker has put a lot of resources into developing the training program, the training facilities themselves, and providing the training sessions. It also takes quite a bit of effort on the part of our dealer and distributor sales representatives to attend and participate in the training. The results of this collective effort will be a lot more Walker Mowers being sold, which benefits all of us: Walker Manufacturing, our distributors, and our dealers.
