Forklift Operator - Welding Area

Supports welding operations by safely transporting raw materials, fabricated parts, and completed weldments throughout the facility. This role ensures weld cells remain supplied, production flow stays uninterrupted, and finished assemblies are moved efficiently to the next stage. The operator works closely with welders and supervisors, maintains organized staging areas, and operates in a high-activity environment with a strong focus on safety, awareness, and material handling accuracy.

Fabrication Supervisor

The Fabrication Supervisor at Walker Manufacturing leads the fabrication department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production across a range of fabrication processes. This role provides direct leadership to operators while maintaining ownership of work center performance, including output, quality, and efficiency. The supervisor ensures work orders flow efficiently, monitors performance, and addresses issues that impact flow and quality.

Hydrostatic Product Engineer

This role has technical ownership and is responsible for the sustainment of the Model 7 and Model 11 hydrostatic transmission product lines. The engineer serves as the primary authority on these systems, supports customer inquiries, and leads the validation and qualification of new vendors for complex machined and cast components. They also work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to support production implementation and improvements.

Product Development Engineer

Responsible for supporting the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing product lines from concept through full-scale production. This highly hands-on role translates ideas into functional, manufacturable designs that meet Walker’s standards for quality, durability, and performance. Key tasks include component design using CAD tools, building and supporting prototype development, and conducting validation testing of new designs.

Robotic Weld Supervisor

Leads the robotic welding department, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production across all robotic weld cells. This position provides direct leadership to operators and maintains ownership of work center performance, including output, quality, and efficiency. While a people-first leadership role, the supervisor is expected to have a strong working knowledge of welding processes and robotic welding systems.

Robotic Welding Operator

Responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality mower components. This role requires a strong welding foundation and the ability to recognize weld quality issues in real time. Operators perform inspections, identify weld defects, and collaborate with leadership or engineering to determine corrective actions.

Sales Manager (Walker Manufacturing)

The Sales Manager leads and oversees the Walker Manufacturing Sales Department, serving as both a department manager and an active distributor relationship manager. This is a player/coach role: the Sales Manager directly manages a team of direct reports while also personally owning key distributor relationships. They are responsible for driving distributor and dealer growth through consultative engagement, data-driven program management, and effective leadership.

Digital Marketing Specialist

Walker’s Digital Marketing Specialist will manage, execute, and optimize performance marketing initiatives across paid media, social media, and lifecycle channels. This role drives measurable growth across the full marketing funnel, ensuring our digital presence is data-driven and effective.
 
The Walker Distributing Company Sales Manager is responsible for motivating and directing a team of Territory Managers who manage Dealer customer relationships and product growth. This role involves setting sales and growth targets, designing and implementing programs to achieve them, and ensuring success through regular follow-up with each Territory Manager.
 
Leads engineering support for all factory operations, ensuring that production systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with Walker’s goals for safety, delivery, cost, and product quality. A primary aspect of this role is to foster a strong, collaborative relationship with Design Engineering, ensuring they are well-supported and empowered to innovate and quickly implement improvements to current designs.
 
Designs fixtures, tooling, and related manufacturing aids that support safe, repeatable, and efficient production. The primary focus is on manual and robotic welding applications and serves as the engineering lead for tooling concept development, CAD design and documentation, and tooling validation.
 
Responsible for building, maintaining, and improving weld fixtures and related tooling used in both manual and robotic welding operations. This is a hands-on role focused on turning tooling designs into durable, production-ready fixtures that support quality, repeatability, and efficient workflow. This role will work closely with the Tool Design Engineer.
 
CNC Roller Operators at Walker Manufacturing operate and maintain CNC-controlled plate rolling equipment to produce rolled mower components. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
 
Seeking a skilled machinist to operate precision equipment such as CNC, lathes and mills to produce metal mower components. Must be able to troubleshoot, program new parts, and perform setups.
